How CifraManager handles data in the app, website, and optional services.

Last updated: September 17, 2026.

1. Who we are and the scope of this policy\nHTTPro Solutions, LLC ("HTTPro Solutions", "we", "us") is responsible for CifraManager. This policy explains how data is handled in the mobile app, on ciframanager.com, and through support channels. Privacy contact: contact@httprosolutions.com.

2. Individual use and local data\nCifraManager can be used without creating an account on our servers. By default, songs, chord sheets, setlists, preferences, device code, and technical recovery data remain on the device. HTTPro Solutions does not receive this local data. Users can delete it in the app, clear the app data, or uninstall the app.

3. Optional Google Drive backup and synchronization\nGoogle Drive is used only when the user chooses to connect it. The app requests only the drive.appdata scope, which grants access to CifraManager’s private application data folder. Song, setlist, preference, backup, sync, and recovery files are encrypted on the device before upload. The OAuth authorization, the identifier associated with the Google account, and the access token are used only to connect, synchronize, restore, and disconnect this feature; the token is protected in secure storage on the device. We do not request the Google profile, name, or email address, do not receive the password, and cannot access other Drive files. Google’s processing is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the user’s account controls.

4. PRO purchases\nPurchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app receives product and transaction identifiers, receipts, or purchase status strictly as needed to complete, unlock, and restore lifetime PRO. HTTPro Solutions does not receive full payment-card or bank-account details; those remain with the selected store.

5. Web Manager and the local network\nWhen the user starts Web Manager, the app temporarily creates a service available only on the local network so that an authorized browser can manage songs and setlists. Content travels between the device and browser on that network and is not sent to CifraManager servers. The service can be stopped at any time.

6. Website, contact, and support\nWhen a user submits the website form or requests support, we process the information they provide, such as name, email address, company, phone number, message, attachments, and technical details needed to investigate the request. The website uses hCaptcha to prevent spam; in that process, technical data such as IP address, browser, device, and challenge interaction may be processed by Intuition Machines under its own policy. The hosting provider may also retain standard access and security logs.

7. Purposes and legal bases\nWe use data only to provide requested features, authenticate the optional Drive connection, unlock or restore purchases, answer requests, protect the service against abuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on applicable law, processing relies on performance of the requested service, consent where required, legitimate interests in security and support, or compliance with a legal obligation.

8. Sharing, advertising, and tracking\nWe do not sell personal data. The app does not use advertising, cross-app or cross-site tracking, or analytics tools. Data may be processed by Apple, Google, Intuition Machines, hosting providers, or support providers only as needed to perform their functions, or by authorities when required by law. These providers may operate in other countries and apply their own terms and lawful international-transfer mechanisms.

9. Retention and security\nLocal data remains until the user deletes it. Files in the private Google Drive folder remain until removed by the user, the app, or the Google account. Contact, support, and security records are kept only as long as needed for their purpose, legal obligations, or the defense of claims. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption for files uploaded to Drive and secure credential storage on the device. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free.

10. User choices and rights\nUsers can use the app without Google Drive, disconnect it in the app, and revoke authorization in their Google account settings. They may also request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, objection, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where these rights are provided by applicable law. Requests concerning data sent to the website or support can be made at contact@httprosolutions.com. We may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity.

11. Children and teenagers\nCifraManager is not directed at collecting children’s personal data and does not require an age, account, or profile for individual use. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal data through the website or support without appropriate authorization should contact us so we can review and delete it.

12. Changes\nWe may update this policy to reflect changes to the product, providers, or law. The current version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
